The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced production leader to take charge of day-to-day operations at our Mingaladon factory — someone who can balance output, quality and people, and keep our lines running at the standard Myanmar households expect from ShinShin and Cho’s Kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review daily production and packing performance — yield, waste, downtime — and drive corrective actions, reporting results to the Factory Director.
  • Ensure full compliance with ISO, GHP and HACCP systems, and lead training so every team member understands and follows them.
  • Align production schedules with sales demand, machine capacity and raw material supply, working closely with Sales, Planning, QA, Engineering and HR.
  • Lead and develop the production and packing teams — shift planning, performance evaluation, and day-to-day people management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in yield, waste reduction and overall production efficiency.
  • Oversee use of the SAP system and support automation initiatives across the factory floor.
  • Maintain workplace health, safety and environmental standards, including wastewater and water treatment compliance.
  • Own SOP development and risk management, and act as a core member of the Food Safety and GHP teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (AGTI / B.Tech / B.E or equivalent).
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of food safety, occupational safety and environmental standards.
  • Comfortable implementing and managing automation systems such as SAP.
